  • Snorkeling & Free Diving:
    Ready to explore the wonderous aquatic world, but not ready for scuba? Snorkeling is your ticket. Armed with mask, snorkel and fins you dive into the ocean and after swallowing 1/2 gallon of water you start to believe that it might be an better way. Learning to use your snorkeling gear along with learning few simple diving tricks will get you to discover the enchanting underwater realm with comfort and safety.

PROGRAM

 

  • 6 Water Sessions: Learn the basic breathing and swimming techniques, plus simple problem solving procedures and breathhold diving techniques.

PREREQUISITES

 

  • Age 6 or older
  • Basic Swimming Aptitude
  • Medical Fitness
EQUIPMENT NEEDED

 

  • Bathing Suit
  • All Snorkeling gear is provided (trainees are welcome to bring their own)
NOTE: We accept a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 students per class. We invite you to register at your earliest convenience. Class may be scheduled on demand with a minimum of 3 participants.

TRAINING TIP

When clearing the water out off a snorkel avoid looking up. This may result in inhaling water by accident. Instead keep looking down and blow out forcefully thru the snorkel, catch a slow and cautious breath clear a second time if need be and then resume normal breathing.
